Tesla was the Electric Jesus

I’ve always been intrigued by Nicola Tesla, who was one of the most brilliant minds to ever walk the Earth.  When a friend of mine told me he had a video homage of Tesla’s life and work to show me, I was more than eager to watch.  Nothing could have prepared me for the dramatic, touching and poignant summary of Tesla’s life and work that was to follow.  If you’ve got a few minutes to spare, prepare to be illuminated by a drunk guy, John C. Reilly and Crispin Glover.

“I’m inventing electricity, and you look like…an ASShole!”

There is a whole series of Drunk History videos out there featuring other historical events relayed by dangerously intoxicated people and featuring other well-known actors.  Some of them are truly hilarious, but this one is the crown jewel of the series.
