SoTD: KVHW “Hillbillies on PCP”

KVHW is one of those bands that existed for a moment in time and then vanished.  They were a thing for about 18 months and never got around to releasing an album before Ray White’s flakiness drove them to break up.   They played a jammy fusion of blues and funk, sometimes instrumental and sometimes with Ray singing vocals. They were comprised of:

Steve Kimock
Bobby Vega
Alan Hertz
Ray White

Thanks to YouTube and archive.org, their amazing live performances live on.  Give this one a listen.  The first minute or so is kind of slow, and then all hell breaks loose.
