A Serious Thinking Problem

Here are some pictures I took late last summer at Enders Falls in Granby, CT.  There are four falls, the most spectacular of which we could not get a good view because we didn’t have appropriate foot gear to cross the slippery rocks.  The sound of rushing and crashing water is surprisingly loud as you wander down the trail.  There are several large pools as you descend from falls to falls that are supposed to be great to lounge in on a hot day.  Merrill and I were there on a cool September day, and the water itself is quite cold, so we didn’t venture in.  We’ll make sure to stop by on a steamy July or August day when we need relief from the heat.
